How do I place an order?

You have the possibility to place an order by phone during out work hours: Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (UTC/GMT +2 hours) and Saturday – Sunday from 12PM to 6PM.

You will be afterwards contacted by email, SMS or Whatsapp to confirm the order and get all the details.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Accessories and footwear are all on stock and can be sent in 48h + shipping time.
For Ready to Wear, delivery times depends on the product complexity and fabric availability. We will confirm the delivery date after we check with the production schedule. The time frame for ready to wear is 5 to 15 working days + shipping time.
Our Bridal collection pieces may take from 10 to 20 working days to complete + shipping time.
When will I be charged?
It depends on the payment method:
Cash on delivery (only for Romania): you will pay when receiving your package and if you choose to pay by bank transfer/card, we will need a confirmation from the bank and then we can send you the order.
When you choose to pay by WIRE transfer, we will need a confirmation from the bank and then we can send you the order.
If you have paid by Card, then usually payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming your order once all details have been approved.
How do I know that my order was placed successfully?
You will receive an order confirmation to your e-mail address once the order has been placed successfully. You will also be contacted on your mobile phone.
How do I find the right size?
Sizing may vary from one label to another. Please check the product measurements and size converter chart before ordering.
You can do it by simply clicking ‘View Size Guide’.
Can I cancel my order?
We are pleased to accept cancellations, for any reason, up to the moment your order has been processed for production. After that, you cannot cancel your order, but you may return it if you wish. For instructions on how to do this, please refer to our Returns Policy.

If an item is out of stock, we have the pre-order option. Read more about it in the pre-order section.
Can I exchange / return the products?
You can return / exchange a product within 10 working days from receiving the product.
In order to return / exchange the product, you have to complete the Return Form and send it by email on email@example.com.
The products will be sent back to:

The shipping cost back to our headquarters will be paid by the client.
Please take into consideration that we can only accept for return / exhange non-faulty items. The products have to be in the same stage as they were shipped:
– with all the tags and accessories on
– to have not been worn, damaged or washed
– same packaging
– with the documents that came along with them
– not show any signs of use
After receiving the products, we will inspect them. If out return / exchange policy is respected:
For returns: we will sent the money back by bank transfer
For exchanges: the product will be exchanged with another one / other ones.
What happens with all personal data provided at registration?
By placing an order on our website, you give us permission to use your information (including the information added) in order to deliver the products, the services and the information required.
This also involves the agreement towards third parties who are involved in the above-described activity. We understand that with the acceptance of the T&C and the SI we have your consent to use the information provided by you in order to exclude any possible fraud.
This information could be recorded by the authorized bodies. If you are under 18, please announce your tutor on this action. In order to make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal details.
